Online Adult Individual Psychotherapy
I offer online individual psychotherapy for adults (18+) who are struggling with feelings of sadness, anxiety, excessive worry, irritability, low motivation, or a loss of enjoyment. These feelings can come up during big life changes—like entering college or grad school, making career changes, navigating relationships, becoming a parent, or coping with loss. Sometimes they’re tied to past experiences, too.
I especially enjoy working with women between the ages of 18-50 who are navigating disappointments in relationships and looking to set healthier boundaries in their lives. Often times this work involves exploring family dynamics, self-esteem, perfectionism, managing and expressing emotions, overthinking, people-pleasing, body image concerns, and/or social anxiety.
I also enjoy working with college students given my many years working in college mental health. I recognize the unique challenges undergraduate and graduate students face when trying to focus on their personal development while pursuing academic and career goals in a complicated world.
